My infatuation with Red has got to be put to an end. It's humiliating. I can't believe I apologized to Kevin. I blame her bad influence on me. And those flowers I gave my mum to give to her mum at Mungo's. What was I thinking? I cannot feel bad for her. Her life isn't that rough. People are going to think I've gone soft if I keep up this sort of pathetic behavior.
I don't even want to be a "good" person. I just want her to like me. Which is ridiculous. She's beneath me in every sense.
